- Nose: With its excellent ripeness yet freshness, reminiscent of white fruit, candid glimpses of herbs, pine, oak moss, vanilla, pastry, custard, nuts, toffee, praline, dried apricots .. .
- Mouth: Very good opening in the mouth. Small bubble which in turn lets us enjoy a glycerine texture which immerses us a sense of pleasure full, corporeal. Retronasal expressive maturity and confirming the long aging notes of the nose with a whisper of mineral notes. Long aftertaste with hints of fruit.

La expresión más fina de un cava elegante
Comment that we have tasted courtesy of the winery, which gave us some samples of their products.
It has a sublime appearance, new gold color, clean and bright. Presents multiple strands of fine, quick, cheerful and very steady needle, noting that at the end of the tasting, about an hour before his bubble appeared largely intact. In principle shows that we have a perfectly assembled wine with carbon.
The nose clearly appreciated the presence of carbon, which did not bother us at all, light and pleasant. Highlight the aromas of white fruit, reminding the sweet pear, almost stewed, also appearing some honey and toasted touch reminiscent of the toffee.
Have a happy palate, with a lively and fast carbon, but nothing explosive, also helping the lingering aftertaste is high. We become white fruit flavors, highlighting the aftertaste some apricot aroma. Very round in the mouth, finding only a lack of acidity, not considering this as a flaw at all, quite the contrary, this lack of acidity is balanced with good carbon assembly, resulting in a harmonious and pleasant drink.
It is difficult to combine this cellar, because, although it is ligerito first time in the mouth, we find a very powerful wine. I would recommend to take with seafood sauce (clams well with seafood or lubrigante three sauces or something similar) or strong (how about with salmon?) Fish. In the case of meat, some white meat lightly seasoned.
This look good cava, usually just to accompany a gathering in the afternoon, accompanied by a light well or simply just appetizers.
