2013 Gramona Gran Reserva Brut (Chardonnay, Macabeo and Xarel·lo)
TASTING NOTES OF 2013 Gramona Gran Reserva Brut:
- View: pale yellow straw-colored reflections.
- Nose: ripe white fruit, apple, vineyard peach, citrus notes of lemon peel, anise tones, fennel, souvenirs wheat, butter, brioche, ripe flavors: apple pie, marzipan, toasted egg yolk.
- Mouth: noticeable on the palate, broad in its path, lively and refreshing, creamy fine bubbles. Notes of ripe fruit compote and bakery.
GRAPES: 50% Xarello, 40% Macabeo, 10% Chardonnay.
PAIRING: with all kinds of appetizers (hot and cold canapés).
TEMPERATURE: 6-8 °C
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12%
