Jaume Serra Brut Nature is a cava produced by the winery Jaume Serra in the región of Penedès, the area of Catalonia traditionally associated with cava. This beverage achieved international recognition thanks to various awards such as the bronze medal at the "Challenge du Vin international" (2014). The cava is distinctive for its freshness and fruity notes. It is full-bodied, suave and balanced. It stands out as a cava which complements perfectly all types of fish and which is especially recommended for desserts and other sweet moments.

Jaume Serra Brut Nature (Macabeo, Parellada and Xarel·lo)
- View: Jaume Serra Brut Nature is pale yellow with greenish tones, crystal clear and integrated with fine bubbles that emerge slowly forming a crown.
- Nose: The nose shows aromas with good intensity, fresh and fruity but with notes of aging.
- Mouth: Well structured on the palate, smooth and balanced. Retronasal sensations are clean.
GRAPES: For this Cava we chose the best white wine grapes Macabeo, Parellada and Xarel-lo.
WINEMAKING: After adding sugar and yeast selected, the second fermentation is held in the bottle (traditional method) in our cellars at a temperature that never exceeds 16 º C in order to get a small and persistent bubble.
AGING: The bottles have been in our cellars in strict darkness and silence for at least 12 months.
TEMPERATURE: 4-6 ° C.
PAIRING: Brut Nature Cava Jaume Serra is very suitable for all types of fish. It is also well suited for desserts and pastries.
