Elaboration of 2008 Llopart Brut

2008 Llopart Brut (Macabeo, Parellada and Xarel·lo)

Yellow-gold colour with bright golden highlights. Very fine bubbles. Complex aromas of long aging: nuances derived from the lees, toast, honey and nuts, with slight touches reducers. The palate is broad and structured, very creamy, and with a perfect sugar-acid balance.

Mistura de aromas de levedura e padaria. Notou-se que não estava bem.
Foi-me recomendado e eu recomendo-o.

Reiches Hefearoma.

Good wine, but I would not have taken it with fish. I drank it with my ex.
Deep colour, characteristic of Llopart Brut. Light aromas of yeast and bakery. The flavour doesn't go out right away.
