Ageing: 26-30 months in cellars
Preparation: It is a blend of wines from xarel • what, Macabeo and Chardonnay, from different vintages, some of which has been aged in wood. The minimum aging is 30 months. L'Origan transmits the work of master assembler, using the nose and the experience wisely combines the virtues and potential of the cuvées.
Tasting notes: Fine, elegant and persistent bubbles in the glass. The delicacy of his nose and aromatic nuances, contrasts with a firmly structured mouth, where the carbon looks harmonious and gradual excitement, on a creamy background and citric freshness that gives it depth.
