A unique wine cellar, which comes from a winery located in Blanes (Girona), far from the epicenter of the Catalan sparkling (Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, in the province of Barcelona). Made Xarel·lo varieties, Macabeo, Parellada and Chardonnay, with 15% of the base wine aged in barrels for three months, has an elegant and distinguished, with clean aromas of white fruit, citrus and yeast and a mouth full and greedy.

The Mont-ferrant Berta Bouzy Magnum is a cava Extra Brut.Está comprised 27% Macabeo, Xarello 47%, Parellada 11% and 15% Chardonnay and is aged in a low cava barrica.Crianza in 24 months. melting accents of fresh fruit and herbs that balance is perceived and how a nuanced taste and soft bulky. A moderate maturity and contained acidity gives this cava nice caracteriza.El correctly that 15% of the base wines that make this cava been aged for a minimum of three months in French oak barrels, bringing intense color, aroma and discrete vanilla.
