TASTING NOTES OF Parxet Semi Seco Magnum:

View: Pale in hue with green reflections, fine and persistent bubbles to form mousse.

Nose: The nose is broad, fruity and intense.

Mouth: In the mouth exploits the characteristic aromatic and balanced taste varieties and breeding.

Handpicked pressing whole grapes and fermentation at low temperatures, obtain the base wines blended as required; and with the personality that brings the Pansa Blanca DO Alella, making the circulation and aging in our cellars of Tiana for the time necessary to achieve a balance between varietal aromas that wish to retain with the tertiary aromas achieved by breeding.

The Winery



Since 1920, Parxet has been producing cava in the Alella region north of Barcelona, home of the Pansa Blanca grape variety and the granite based Sauló soils. We work according to the traditional method of sparkling wine production, starting with selection of the vines and following the strictest respect for the natural product.
