2002 Recaredo Brut de Brut (Macabeo and Xarel·lo)
TASTING NOTES OF 2002 Recaredo Brut de Brut Gran Reserva Brut Nature:
- View: Straw yellow color with golden highlights.
- Nose: greedy nose, with aromas of white fruit, notes of pastries, smoked barrel, let a background of citrus and dried fruits.
- Mouth: The palate presents an excellent entry, expressiveness and smoothness. Long finish.
VINEYARD: Cava Recaredo
PREPARATION: All the must of the variety Xarel • has fermented in oak barrels. Vinification and manufacturing entirely made in cellars. The second fermentation and aging in the bottle is made of natural cork. Rinse out manually in racks and disgorging by hand without freezing the neck of the bottle.
STAY IN BARRELS: Ages 61 months in bottle.
GRAPES: Macabeo (72%) and Xarel • it (28%)
CONSUME: Serve at 8 °C. Ideal for fish dishes.
