2014 Recaredo Terrers Brut Nature Magnum (Chardonnay, Macabeo, Macabeu, Parellada and Xarel·lo)

- Nose: Intense aromas of citrus and exotic fruits, mineral, balsamic and wild flowers tones.

GRAPES: Macabeo, Parellada, Xarel·lo.
AGEING: 54 months in bottle.
PREPARATION: The grapes were cold stabilized and subjected to fermentation in stainless steel barrels for a period of 18 days. a second fermentation was performed in the bottle, with the addition of residual sugars. Recaredo Terrers Brut Nature Magnum 2014
- View: bright and very fine.
- Nose: citrus tones, really fresh aroma.
- Mouth: citrus fruits prevail, a very lively and fresh mouth and a fine bitterness.
VINEYARD: Vineyards located in Alt Penedès area and grown without herbicides or chemical insecticides, only naturally occurring organic elements. Is grown spontaneous vegetation cover to promote biodiversity, the soil fluffing and regulate retention and drainage water. Floors very calcareous and texture frank (balance between different granulometries: sands, silts and clays).
