TASTING NOTES OF Andre Clouet Grande Reserve Magnum:

  • View: Golden yellow, coppery gleams. Very thin continuous bubble.
  • Nose: light citrus notes and memories of red fruits.
  • Mouth: very fine bubbles and elegant, well-integrated acidity, creaminess and mouth weight. Long and persistent.

APPELLATION: Champagne.

GRAPES: 100% Pinot noir.

AGEING: 36 months. Crianza held in the cellars of the family at 10 meters deep, with disgorgement removed and manuals.

TEMPERATURE: 8-10 °C

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12%

My partner bought it in a store.
Nice and pretty colour. The final reminded me of bakery flavours. In my opinion, it tasted like a sparkling wine.

Good yeast aromas enhance a wine's bouquet. I liked it because it was as light as water.
The most acidic of André Clouet.
