TASTING NOTES OF 2006 Billecart Salmon Vintage Billecart Salmon Blanc:
- View: Golden yellow, abundant effervescence and dynamic.
- Nose: intense, ripe fruit and hints of brioche, controlled and pleasant freshness and aromatic expression.
- Mouth: rich flavors, flavors provided by a careful vinification and a slow and creamy, full and balanced foam with a lingering finish.
