Fantastic colour. Its aromas reminded me of yeast. Considering the taste, it is quiet similar to a sparkling wine.

- View: Pale yellow color gold with fine bubbles.
- Nose: it is elegant with good intensity and very pleasant. Complex with hints of fruit: citrus, apricot, apple, then, after aeration, the buttery, toasted, brioche, slightly almond wine reveals this extraordinary mastery of winemaking and farming.
- Palate: it is very elegant and yet powerful, fresh. The balance is perfect and the length. A great vintage in no doubt.
Bollinger only produces vintage Bollinger Grande Année Brut that in exceptional vintages. Complexity and intensity are the hallmarks of this great champagne. After fermented in oak casks, the wine is kept before disgorgement five years in cellars, in cork. Bollinger gives us here know-how.
