Bollinger Special Cuvée Brut 375ml

Champagne Bollinger Brut Special Cuvée is the symbol of a long tradition beginning in 1911, when a British seller of the house already known Bollinger decided to make a suggestion on the name of this wine, entry level range of the prestigious Bollinger; he thought that '' brut sans année '' does not fit with the prestige of champagne and for this reason he proposed the word '' Special '', written just English. And so it was. The wine is, of course, its origins in the Champagne region, in northeastern France, where 160 hectares of Bollinger maison provide the Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, which are skilfully combined to the Champagne Brut Special production Cuvée Bollinger. The qualitative characteristic that distinguishes it from other champagne "signed" is without doubt the perfect combination of a small percentage of vintage wines and a prevalence of reserve wines that are used in this cuvee. There is no shortage of structure, but in a perfect balance, it is really fragrant. An excellent aperitif, but not only ...

Bollinger Special Cuvee Brut 375ml

Has a strong colour. Aromas of yeast fermentation. In my opinion it tasted like a sparkling wine.
I drank before eating, with starters and snacks.
My boss gifted to me.
