2011 Deutz Blanc de Blancs Brut (Chardonnay)
TASTING NOTES OF 2011 Deutz Blanc de Blancs Brut:
- View: intense straw yellow, fine perlage.
- Nose: Intense and mineral, hints of white flowers, tropical fruit and citrus.
- Mouth: creamy, round, fresh, mineral and very balanced.
GRAPES: 100% Chardonnay.
AGEING: 48 months on lees.
PREPARATION: first fermentation in steel and malolactic fermentation second fermentation in bottle by the champagne method.
PAIRING: White fish soup, fish stew, steamed fish and crustaceans.
TEMPERATURE: 8-10 °C
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12%

Very light flavour. The final reminded me of bakery flavours. It was fleshy.
