- The Brut Classic is a definitive non vintage blend, with equal proportions of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier rounded out by a high proportion (20 - 40%) of reserve wines.
- Resulting in a beautifully pure, elegant wine, with a refreshing lemony aroma and a delicate mousse. Dry and with plenty of substance.

Deutz Brut Magnum

We paired the Deutz Brut Magnum with a starter. A special sparkling wine for someone just as special .
I especially liked the colour. A Champagne with yeasty aromas. It was harsh in the mouth for a Champagne.

Champagne Deutz Brut Classic is born in vineyards located in Aÿ, renowned Grand Cru in the heart of the AOC Champagne. It is produced with a traditional blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, collected and selected only by hand. After the classical vinification processes, there is provided a small addition of reserve wines, which follows sparkling wine for fermentation in the bottle, according to Champagne method, with subsequent aging on yeasts. Champagne Deutz Brut Classic is characterized by an intense straw yellow color and bright, and a fine and persistent. The nose opens with elegant hints of yellow flowers, enriched with characteristic aromas of toast and ripe fruit. The palate is fresh and lively, well balanced. Excellent as an aperitif, it is ideal to accompany dishes of fish and white meats.

Deutz house was founded by William Deutz and Hubert Geldermann in 1838. It remained in the family until 1993, due to the crisis of the early 90s, the Rouzaud family became the majority shareholder, but without changing the style. Fame of this exceptional home is established through the development of dense wines. Thanks to the magical land of Ay, Deutz manages to coexist vinosity sometimes a bit heavy Pinot Noir with real finesse thanks to a wise addition of chardonnay. La Maison Deutz adopted a rational production policy and limiting yields the benefit of the best possible quality, which allowed the affirmation of a real "style Deutz", appreciated worldwide and enhanced by selective distribution . Elegance, distinction and refinement, chiseled wine for connoisseurs.
