Reviews of 2009 Deutz Brut Millésimé
It had a deep colour at first sight. Yeasty and notes of bakery on the nose. Such a tasty flavour with hints of chocolate.
I bought a box at Deutz and I will buy again.
Fantastic colour. Aromas of yeast fermentation. A little bit salty but it was very good.
The combination of this Deutz Brut Vintage and meat did not seem appropriate, best pair it with fish.
