You will like to know that…
Life is always marked by good times, although like everything else, these tend to be ephemeral and vanish quickly, so you have to know how to make the most of the moment. This is how the harvest of 1975 started, on September 29 wrapped in good weather that quickly vanished. Although that year, the weather conditions were good, there was a late flowering in the cold spring which caused the shoots to bud very late. Even so, flowering took place in ideal conditions: the warm and sunny summer, with scattered storms, allowed for it. A clarity achieved only by years of experience allowed Dom Pérignon house to take advantage of the good moments of the harvest, extracting from them a champagne that surprises with its floral freshness and opens to subtle hazelnut aromas, being round and fleshy on the palate. Dominated by red berries and gingerbread, the end is marked by a certain astringency. Dom Pérignon Vintage 1975 is an excellent companion to celebrate those ephemeral, but nevertheless unforgettable moments.
