DESCRIPTION OF THE PRODUCT:
A bottle of champagne Dom Perignon 2006 vintage presented in a case.
TASTING NOTES OF 2006 Dom Perignon Vintage con Estuche:
- View: gold, green hues.
- Nose: first fresh, clear and strong nose, an original, plant, water, white pepper and gardenia universe, ripe wine with softness and lightness, inflections peat.
- Mouth: Live attack mouth, lewd amplitude, aniseed and dried ginger notes, on the skin of a fruit (pear and mango) more tactile than fleshy. Aftertaste stretched, serene, calm, mature, diffuse.
APPELLATION: Champagne.
VINEYARD: Moët & Chandon
GRAPES: Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
PAIRING: risottos, white meat, fruit desserts, tempura, Iberian ham.
