Suitable for a menu as varied as we had. Dom Ruinart Blanc de Blancs is a wine to share with your family.
Has a strong colour. Mixed aromas of yeast and bakery. It tasted like wine.

I drank this 2004 with my co-workers.
Nice and pretty colour. A Champagne with yeasty aromas. Softer than 2004.
A sparkling that paired extremely well with the food.

I am convinced that any meat will suit. The first person who mentioned this wine to me, was my brother.
Nice and pretty colour. Smells of yeast and bakery. Strong flavour which reminds me of strawberry candy.
