Description of 1998 Dom Ruinart Rosé
1998 Dom Ruinart Rosé (Chardonnay and Pinot Noir)
Coppery bright with mahogany reflections. Nose predominance of floral notes, almost perfume, lilacs, candy violets, honeysuckle, roasted flavors, praline, white chocolate, candied fruit, butter, brioche with fresh baked. . . Elegant, deep and with an overwhelming intensity. The palate is fresh in your home, carbonic perfectly integrated, with good structure, excellent acidity, deep in its vinous, elegant and complex finish, creamy tannins, silky mouth step.
Pairing: Opening a bottle of these features should always be cause for celebration, the right company, and also with good food and great joy. Traditional dishes such as chicken with prawns or duck with pears could combine Malavella.
Ruinart is the oldest established House of Champagne in the world. Founded in the city of Reims, the brand has been producing nothing but champagne since 1729. The company remains at the head of the champagne field, offering fine champagnes in three styles that are sure to please the palate and the soul: Blanc De Blancs, Rosé, and Dom Ruinart.More about the Winery
Reviews of 1998 Dom Ruinart Rosé
Has a strong colour. Delicious aromas of yeast and bakery. The flavour remained for a long time.
We had it with a birthday cake.

A good recommendation, no doubt.
