TASTING NOTES OF Henriot Blanc de Blancs Pur Chardonnay Brut:
- View: pale golden, bright and crystal clear, light green reflections, abundant effervescence, fine and uniform, fine and delicate bubble.
- Nose: pure, concentrated and expressive with floral aromas (honeysuckle, orange blossom and linden), fruit (lemon, dried apricots, almonds and pastry).
- Mouth: dynamic, complete and powerful attack, with aromas of toasted brioche lightly, quince and acacia honey, final frank, sweet, slight menthol note and shows a nice length.
