4/5

We bought it at Laurent Perrier.
Deep colour at first sight. Delicious aromas of yeast and bakery. On the palate was quite thick.

I would have accompanied it with a fatty fish. We drank with another couple.
Nice colour. Yeasty and notes of bakery on the nose. I liked the taste of blackberries in this Laurent-Perrier Brut.

Yeasty smell. I noticed the 1996 a little astringent.
My experience demonstrates that the Laurent-Perrier Brut never disappoints.
