- Nose: aromas of coffee, hazelnut, delicate lime, shades of ripe wheat.
- Mouth: A wonderful roundness and balance, built on the delicacy and vivacity, full body.
APPELLATION: Champagne.

GRAPES: 30% Chardonnay, 50% Pinot Noir and 20% Pinot Meunier.
PAIRING: chicken pate, scallops, fish and meat dishes with cream.

Moët & Chandon has been lying in the heart of the French region, Champagne, for more than two centuries. With the mountain of Reims in front and the Marne valley to the west, the landscape is striving since then to enhance this unique land with its roundabout 800 hectares of vines, maintained by 250 winegrowers.

A with a nice colour. Reminds me of other sparkling wines, aromas of yeast. Very nice roasted flavours.
I will buy it again, for sure.
