Elaboration of 1993 Moët & Chandon Rosé Impérial
1993 Moët & Chandon Rosé Impérial (Rosé)
Salmon pink color; aromas of strawberry, cherry and candied apricots, with hints of coffee, nougat and frangipani. The complexity is initially on the fruit. The finish is firm, lively and balanced, punctuated by spices. This rich wine is wonderful with any shellfish and with lamb, chicken and game.
Moët & Chandon has been lying in the heart of the French region, Champagne, for more than two centuries. With the mountain of Reims in front and the Marne valley to the west, the landscape is striving since then to enhance this unique land with its roundabout 800 hectares of vines, maintained by 250 winegrowers.More about the Winery
Reviews of 1993 Moët & Chandon Rosé Impérial
Attractive and intense colour. Reminds me of other sparkling wines, aromas of yeast. It was harsh in the mouth for a Champagne.
Moët Et Chandon Rosé 1988
It had a very shutdown colour. Very yeasty, and biscuity, on the nose. Mild but with a long aftertaste.
Moët Et Chandon Rosé 1986
I took the wine with grilled vegetables.
It was a gift for my brother and he enjoyed it very much.
