Description of Mumm Cordon Rouge Methuselah
Mumm Cordon Rouge Methuselah (Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir)
- Color: Yellow, limpid and brilliant. Fine bubbles testify to the elegance of champagne.
- Nose: Worn by pinot Noir, Mumm Cordon Rouge Methuselah reveals aromas of fresh fruit with white and yellow flesh, with touches of lychee, pineapple and praline.
- Mouth: The freshness reveals itself on the palate and testifies to the complexity of the wine. The palate is perfectly balanced, with fresh fruit flavors and round caramel notes that prolong the intensity on the palate.

GRAPES: Chardonnay (30%), Pinot Meunier (25%), Pinot Noir (45%).
ELABORATION: This cuvée is blended from 77 vintages. 25% to 30% of reserve wines are added to add depth to the final blend. Pinot Noir brings structure and vigor, Chardonnay gives finesse and elegance and finally Pinot Meunier brings fruity and tangy touches.
