Robert Barbichon Blanc de Noirs

Robert Barbichon Blanc de Noirs Champagne made entirely from Pinot Noir, with Biodynamic and only add practical (although not qualified as millesime). Compiled from the assembly of several plots Kimmeridgian calcareous soils in the Cote des Bar. Fermented and aged in stainless steel, long aging of 3½ years in bottle. Made malolactic fermentation. Filtered but not clarified and bottled with low dosage of 5 gr. making it Extra Brut. A champagne with structure and volume which gives the Pinot Noir, with very good acidity that balances perfectly and a remarkable texture and length on the palate, making it a champagne invites to continue drinking.
