Good. Nice roundness and freshness but I expected that little something extra that makes the difference. That said this is still a good buy

- Made in the pure Ruinart tradition exclusively from the Chardonnay grape, Ruinart Blanc de Blancs reflects perfect harmony. Its striking luminosity is further enhanced by the clear glass bottle, a replica from an 18th Century model.
- Most recent in a line of blends from chardonnay grapes, this harmonious wine will envelop palates with its warm fruity flavours. Suave, delicate, well-balanced, this Blanc de blancs will rise to all occasions; a deliberately seducing champagne which will tempt you.
- Blend of 100% Premier Cru Chardonnay from different years.
- Very beautiful pale golden yellow colour. Beautiful luminosity and striking brilliance. A profuse mousse with a sustained ring of beads.
- An intense first nose with notes of fresh citrus fruit, mainly lime. A very fine and flowery second nose.
- Very supple, round and harmonious palate. Good vinosity. Notes of nectarine, apricot and cherry-plum. Good intensity.

From loaded the yellow paglierino and diamond color , to the nose it offers an impact of great aromatic amplitude with flowers notes that they denote lives freshness but also it yields and evolven terziari. The aromatic complexity is found again to the palate with the equilibrium between notes d' elegance and those of body. Notes of fruit sand bank in a great end back - to the nose.

Ruinart Blanc de Blanc

The Ruinart Blanc de Blanc was recommended at Uvinum, so I bought it.
It has a dense colour. I loved the smell of baking. I couldn't find any particular flavour.

Ruinart Blanc de Blanc

A wine to be paired with "Tapas". We order it in a supper with working colleagues.
Has a very cheerful colour. Good yeast aromas enhance a wine's bouquet. It is the lightest Ruinart I've ever tasted.

Ruinart Blanc de Blanc

A good sparkling to finish the meal properly. Great for romantic evenings.
I was impressed by its colour. Smells of yeast and bakery. Such a tasty flavour with hints of chocolate.
