Ruinart Brut Rosé 375ml

The Ruinart Rosé is made only from grapes from Premier Cru vineyards: 45% Chardonnay and 55% Pinot Noir. The portion Pinois 18% vinified as red wine. After the manual harvest the grapes are fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and undergo biological acid reduction. The final cuvée formed from an assembly of a plurality of volumes, 20-25% are Vins the reserve of the preceding 2 years vd Ruinart. The dosage is 9g / l. The color is deep pink. Subtle and delicate nose of red fruits like strawberry and currant and in the background even something of blackberries. The fragrance we see clearly red fruit very rich flavor! The nicely balanced taste is fine, soft and subtle. Stunning vial of 0. 375 ltr.

Drinking it with friends is always a pleasure.
Nice colour. Bakery smell at the end. I drunk a little and a few days later it was vinegary.
This Ruinart Brut Rosé 375ml does not need food to accompany.
