Assembly elaborated on a basis of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir mostly classified as Premiers Crus, with a share of 20-25% of reserve wines of the two preceding years. 45% Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims 55% Pinot Noir of the Montagne de Reims and the valley of the Marne, of which 18-19% vinified in red. Winemaking: Manual harvest Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks thermo-regulated For red wine, short and light extraction maceration malolactic fermentation Dosage: 9 g / l TASTING NOTES The color is a delicate pink garnet from orange reflexes. The effervescence is lively and light, with a persistent perlage. It looks cool and delicate nose, initially offering a palette of exotic fruits (guava, lychee) and red fruit (raspberry, cherry, wild strawberry). The notes of rose and pomegranate round out the flavor profile complex and intense, dominated by aromas not overly established. On tasting the attack is crisp and full, enlivened by a gentle effervescence. The aromas of red fruit freshly picked fully express. In this balance it combines a delicious roundness and a pleasant freshness, which is expressed with an elegant touch and invigorating mint and pink grapefruit. CHALICE FROM THE PLATE Ruinart Rosé Champagne is one of great conviviality, pleasant to consume at any time of the meal, from appetizer to dessert. It will be enhanced by a raw character ham (San Daniele or Parma) thinly. Next, a salmon semiconserva or preparation to the Japanese "tataki" will reveal the many facets. For the main course may be accompanied by a leg of lamb from milk or a veal fillet cooked at low temperature. After the meal is fully express itself through a soup of red fruits, enlivened by an excellent balsamic vinegar from Modena.

Born in 1729, Ruinart is the first champagne house. The Chardonnay grape is the soul of the Maison Ruinart. Its grapes, mainly from the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims is at the heart of all its wines. Of great aromatic, lively freshness, pure, bright, it is the thread of all the assemblies of the House. The "Taste Ruinart" is recognizable
in its intensity and elegance. It is these qualities that give the Ruinart taste personality aside and rare.
