Taittinger Brut Millésimé 2012

Champagne Taittinger Brut Vintage 2012: an elegant champagne and incredible length. The house Taittinger particularly successful vintage sound. The nose offers fast aromatic complexity of this champagne with fruit pulp flavors of lemons, candy tangerine re-upped by fleurales notes of acacia honey. The minerality brings freshness and vivacity. The journey continues on the palate with generous structure, balanced, sweet and complex. A pearl !

Taittinger Brut Millésimé 2012

Buff with little long-lasting bubbles. A ripe bouquet with notes of white and yellow fruit such as Williams pear, greengage and mirabelle followed by hints of white flowers and dried fruits. The taste are the first impressions fresh, rich, ripe and generous, followed by hints of fruit in syrup and some honey. 6 aged years (i. p. v., the minimum 3 years) on its lie. You can see the beautiful fine mousse and taste the richness and complexity of the wine.

- View: 2006 Taittinger Brut Vintage Millesime is a pale yellow to bright again. The effervescence is clear with plenty of bubbles rising fed a line of foam present.
- Nose: The first nose associated minerality and even breadcrumbs fermentative aromas. It happens quickly a fruity, intense and sweet ending, which reveals fragrances of fresh fruit to lemon yellow, tangerine candy and floral notes of acacia honey.
- Mouth: The palate entry is fruity, all harmony and wealth. The average mouth is balanced, structured, smooth, releasing flavors of pink grapefruit with sugar. The finish is marked by a long, generous and complex vividness.

Taittinger Brut Vintage 2006
I drank it with my brothers and a friend of mine.
Deep colour, characteristic of Taittinger Brut Vintage. Good yeast aromas enhance a wine's bouquet. Very light.
It is better not to pair this with food, as otherwise its fabulous taste might not be appreciated adequately.

My friends liked the Taittinger Brut Millesime Taittinger.
I was impressed by its colour. Its aromas reminded me of yeast. I noticed a smoky flavour.
The best wine for a fish dish, like tuna.
