Elaboration of 1998 Taittinger Comtes de Champagne

1998 Taittinger Comtes de Champagne (Chardonnay)

Golden color with amber highlights. Delicate perlage, crown formation. Elegant, complex, exquisite. Progress notes combined with caramelized fruit and wrapped by toasted and smoked memories. Structured round resort. Sublime palate where we remember what we already sensed in the nose, evolution, white fruit on a bed of toast and vanilla.

Pairing: Selecting "Delicatessen" and good company to enjoy the best allies of this unique sparkling. Perfect with the Bilbao eel with fried egg and "fried potatoes".
