TASTING NOTE:

  • View: golden with a rosary of small bubbles.
  • Nose: fruity at the beginning (white fruits, nuts), then vanilla and finally with sweet bread aromas. Ideal balance between the aromas of the grape varieties (fruits) and the aromas of ripening in the bottle (pastries).
  • Mouth: frank and dynamic entry, giving way to a fruity harmony. With a certain structure, which allows it to be classified in the family of structured and vinous Brut. The aromatic persistence is extraordinary with fruity and spicy notes.
