I had it at some good friends house.
It has a very nice colour. More aromatic than other young wines. Smoky notes in the mouth.
This Barone Ricasoli Albia Rose Toscana was a very good pairing for the desserts.

A rose that falls into the category of "Very Good" and is certainly no slobber-rose. So if many Tuscan wines, this is an elegant pink which has a perfect balance between fruit and acidity. Delicious fruity but also tight and minerally. The rose can be best described as very fresh and fruity flavorful with the best characteristics of the Sangiovese grape. The vineyards of the Sangiovese grapes are in the Chianti Classico area. In the nose, the Albia Barone Ricasoli notes of red fruits, strawberries and berries, a hint of spiciness, very attractive. The wine is soft and open with a strong and broad taste, a lot of freshness and acidity, a slight tingling, tasteful. Given the Sangiovese grape and the firm tannins to a year aging certainly does not hurt.
