2014 Andrew Will Sorella Magnum (Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot)
TASTING NOTES:
- View: garnet red.
- Nose: the bouquet is a highly aromatic wine, which include notes of graphite, cassis, chocolate, spices and currants.
- Mouth: The palate is a wine with body and silky tannins. In turn, shows an impeccable structure and polished. The balance is excellent.
APPELLATION: Columbia Valley (Washington, United States).
VINEYARD: Andrew Will Winery.
GRAPES: Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon.
AGEING: the wine remains for 20 months in French oak barrels.
PREPARATION: the climate of the vineyard where the grapes were harvested continental semiarid, and the soil is mostly sand. After vintage, the wine is harvested in stainless steel tanks.
WINE PAIRING: Ideal to match with Red meats and cheeses.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16 ° C

Andrew Will Winery
Andrew Will Winery was started in 1989 and is owned by Chris Camarda. The winery was launched out of a love for wine that Chris developed while working in the restaurant trade for almost 20 years. Named after his son Will and nephew Andrew, Andrew Will has been a major contributor in putting Washington State on the map as a world-class wine-producing region.

Cherry red colour. It has a strong caramel smell. A red fairly astringent.
