2018 Rendé Masdéu el Follet Rosat (Syrah)
TASTING NOTES:
- View: ruby, intense, mauve reflections.
- Nose: an expression on a floral background of fresh tropical fruit, such as strawberry, mango or cherry.
- Mouth: a fresh and pleasant attack, explosion of fruit, a long and intense finish.
APPELLATION: Conca de Barbera.
GRAPES: Syrah.
AGEING: Maturing on lees and bottling.
PREPARATION: stripping and mechanical harvesting in the vineyard. pre-fermentation cold maceration
and traditional low temperature fermentation. Organically grown.
PAIRING: roasted, soft cheeses, pasta, soups and creams.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13%

It had an intense colour. Smells like strawberries. A rosé with the body of a white wine.
