Counsel is prepared as follows:

Criaderas and screeds. Oxidative breeding is in casks of 650 liters where the wine remains in darkness in the cellars of the winery, for a minimum period of 96 months. Cellar temperature and humidity of said raising cared for conveying the characteristic bouquet of these wines.
