Mioro 2008

Is the that my parents like best.
A Zalema with a very dense colour. Clear memories of white flowers. Perfect balance of acidity.
I had it with fish, but I didn't like the fish, and therefore the wine didn't taste right.

Moro 2008

I looked over the internet because this wine is not sold in my city .
Slight red cherry tones . Candy aromas. Quite rough on the palate.

We tasted this wine at a wine tasting.
It has a nice colour. The aromas of white flowers dominates the rest. Powerful taste of wild berries.
We had it with lobster.

We accompany it with a tuna and ham pizza. I drank with my brothers.
I was surprised it was a white with such an intense colour. As soon as I smelled it, I noticed the white flowers scent. Good acidity for my taste.

It would have been better with meat. A Condado De Huelva is better to be discovered alone.
To me, this 2011 seemed more yellow than other vintages. Over all, the Mioro reminded me of white flowers. This white is lasting, it has a long aftertaste.
