2016 Misterio Experience Limon (Zalema and Muscat of Alexandria)

TASTING NOTES OF 2016 Misterio Experience Limon:

  • View: yellowish, greenish reflections.
  • Nose: fresh lemon, a subtle and elegant lemon, orange blossom memories. herbaceous notes of the variety Verna lemon, some own floral notes of muscat of Alexandria as jasmine.
  • Mouth: Silky and slightly sweet but not overbearing, a very high acidity providing freshness. Retronasally, lemon, orange blossom floral aromas and a slight bitter finish.

The Muscat of Alexandria had a very deep color. I couldn't find any particular flavour.
Great wine menu that would go well with a good meat.
I took 2 bottles of Misterio Experience Limón 2016 with a former partner.
