2013 Klein Constantia Estate Red Magnum
- View: Deep ruby red.
- Nose: Elegant, subtle oak integration.
- Mouth: energetic, intense fruit dark red, long and tasty finish.
GRAPES: Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot and Malbec.
AGEING: Aged for 12 months before blending and bottling.
PREPARATION: each packet carefully identifies and blocks are divided into multiple portions to reap the maximum perfect maturity. Then grapes are classified into clusters and berries to ensure that only the healthiest ripe berries are selected. Malolactic fermentation in new French oak barrels to 50% after alcoholic fermentation.
WINE PAIRING: beef, lamb, venison, spicy food, cheeses and poultry.
