Aging: It is aged for 30 months. We are witnessing the longest aging market in a sweet cava. Tasting notes: View: Yellow color gold again.
Nose: candied citrus, white flowers, elegant memories of bakery and fascinating hints of Jerez liquor, which are provided by the expedition liqueur, prepared by the criaderas and solera wines and brandy aged in historic barrels used by four generations of the family, for trade, for example, wine, sherry and rum in the late nineteenth.
Boca: toast and fruit, creamy, fresh and good acidity, touch liquor that gives the typical house notes.
