Benjamin Leroux 2016

A distinctly earthy and restrained nose of humus, underbrush, pungent Gevrey-style earth and cool wild red berry fruit aromas is followed by intense, pure and well-delineated flavors that are shaped by unusually fine-grained tannins and excellent length on the clean, dry and refreshing finish.

This wine from smells like red fruit compote. A soft, fresh wine.
A very good red but with too much wood flavour.

An overtly floral nose combines notes of spice and sandalwood with those of black pinot fruit. The sleek, delicious and seductively textured medium weight flavors possess very fine depth on the long and well-balanced finale. This is really quite stylish and overall, this is an excellent Vosne villages.

Drinking it with a lover for a romantic dinner is perfect.
Red ruby colour with reddish brown edges. This offers predominating notes of berries and red fruits. Not a singularity to highlight, the wine was fine.
I do not recommend pairing this red of with meat.
