Red tinted with browny edges. Aromas of licorice and violet. It had a correct astringency.
I am convinced that any meat will suit.
I drank with my partner.

We drank it just like that, without any food pairing. In a tasting course we had the pleasure to try.
A beautiful colour. Especially noticeable smoky aromas in this M. Chapoutier. I felt it alive and fresh.

I tried it at a dinner with several friends and I really liked it.
Red ruby colour with reddish brown edges. Powerful aroma of strawberries. Fleshy and a chocolate coulant taste.
With roast lamb fell rather mild.

It was part of a wine tasting.
Typical opacity of a M. Chapoutier. A tender berry smell. This red is a bit acidic. It depends on your taste.
We had it with a deer stew.
