One of my friends recommended it to me.
I especially liked the colour. I noticed hints of violets. You can taste the ageing in barrels.
I accompanied it with a snack.

Amazing cherry colour. Smell of coffee or wood. I like the slight roughness it leaves you on the mouth.
I had it alone.
This time I shared it with two couples.

Very light flavour. Smell of ripe fruit compote.Licorice flavour.
I definetely wouldn't pair this wine with fish dishes.
I shared a few glasses of M. Chapoutier la Mordoree with that person I always am happy to drink wine with.
