Aix Rosé 2018

A reddish rosé. Aromatic, a slight strawberry scented.Passes easily across the palate, smooth and very nice.
Best paired with other food than the one we ordered.
We drank this wine with friends.

Aix Rosé 2018

The AIX is one of the most famous Dutch top rose's next Minuty, Ott, Tropez and Miraval. The wine fermented slowly at the exceptionally low temperature of only about 12 degrees Celsius. The hard work of constant attention of the AIX team in the vineyards get up rewarded with a harvest in good health. The AIX rose is a great refined, dry and very tasty rosé with flavors of red forest fruit, cherries, strawberries and fresh figs. On the nose aromas of ripe mandarin oranges, raspberries and wild strawberries with a hint of spice.
