Domaine Le Soula 2013

Complex nose picture. In the beginning very subtle, but fresh fruit paired with secondary aromas such as road surface after a summer rain, in addition liquorice and a red-fleshy note. A little red paprika and then black berry fruits still come with the air. Fresh, pious, happy, free. Sour cherry, blueberry play to themselves, but then the palate beats to earthy tones. The tannin builds up in front of the fruit and pushes along with Dutch liquorice on and on.

Reviews about Domaine Le Soula 2011

Soula 2011 red: Crisp aromas and very fresh

With a beautiful ruby color, this 2011 vintage expresses the nose all gluttony and even seduction. It brings shades of leather, wild currant and smoked bacon, but also raspberry compote, all with remarkable floral freshness. The palate is fresh and accurate. We taste a sumptuous satin texture to the touch: the fine crisp tannins reveal a structure of beauty. It is recommended to open it in advance and enjoy it at 15-16 degrees, with a stew or red meat. It has a potential of 5 years of aging.

"Red Soula 2011 was opened: it is a slim and mellowed wine, reading fine spicy flavors, at the final complex. Elegant assembly Carignan, Syrah and Black Grenache, this wine stands out for its aromatic freshness and finesse. "- The Guide of the Best Wines of France 2016 - RVF

Domaine Le Soula Soula 2011
When you smell it you can note aromas such as licorice, violet, .... This is what is called a fleshy wine.
Nothing special this wine.
