Domaine Le Soula Blanc 2013

Beeswax, stone powder, herbal mud and meadow flowers, all impressions are highly complex interwoven. Crunchy tannin occupies every room first and lasts for some time before slowly making room for aromas. Freshly chopped herbs and apple jelly mix with a touch of caramel, but apparently the sugar was withdrawn, because it comes through only a fine, characterized by ripe stone fruit sweetness.

Reviews about Domaine Le Soula Blanc 2009

Soula 2009 White: An aromatic range around the lemon confit

Soula white 2009 immediately attracted us with its choice of alluring flavors ranging from lemon yellow zest of Sicily, ripe white fruit and a touch of fresh almonds. Under a beautiful pale yellow color, it offers an exquisite and juicy mouth, in a very refined style, a good volume but not without a refreshing tension. Without being explosive, this wine enchants us with his dazzling depth magnificent elegance exudes honoring the vintage of anthology which it came. It is recommended not taste too fresh at 12 degrees, with seafood in particular.

Just approaching the glass close to the nose you can notice pear and banana scents. Powerful taste of wild berries.
Good wine with good wood flavour.
