Description of 2019 Château Minuty Rosé et Or
2019 Château Minuty Rosé et Or (Grenache and Tibouren)
TASTING NOTES:
- View: pale pink.
- Nose: sweet tooth.
- Mouth: intense freshness, strong expression of fruit.
APPELLATION: Côtes de Provence.
GRAPES: Grenache 95% and 5% Syrah.
PREPARATION: is the result of a short maceration 4 to 12 hours grape ink shell, this process allows to select the desired color. Winemaking is equal to that of a dry, cool white, however, it has a denser structure with very different flavors. The grapes are harvested by hand. Removing and crushing are followed by cooling and injection of inert gas. juices selected. Alcoholic fermentation at 14 ° C.
WINE PAIRING: cold meats, fish, grilled meats, exotic dishes or spicy.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 6-8 ° C

Château Minuty
Château Minuty built under Napoleon III, reborn in 1930 with Gabriel Farnet. In 1955 Château Minuty was one of 23 estates to be consecrated as a classed growth of the Côtes de Provence.

Reddish. Smell of strawberry gum. Considering the fact that it is a rosé, it was quite full-bodied.
I suggest to drink it with appetizers.

I was impressed by its colour. Sweet aromas of fresh fruits. It tastes a lot like toasts, very nice.
For the meal we had, this wasn't the proper wine.
