The climate of the vineyard is temperate maritime which gives the wines a small iodine touch.

2018 M de Minuty Rosé (Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault)

TASTING NOTES:

  • View: pale pink very faint, silvery reflections.
  • Nose: notes of peach, melon and floral accent.
  • Mouth: Very cool, slightly dry, with excellent balance between acidity and sweetness, a very smooth and harmonious mineral note. Excellent aftertaste.

APPELLATION: Côtes de Provence.

VINEYARD: deep soils without pebbles. Vineyard located on the slopes of the villages of Gassin and Ramatuelle. The climate is temperate maritime, which gives the wine a little iodized touch.

Château Minuty built under Napoleon III, reborn in 1930 with Gabriel Farnet. In 1955 Château Minuty was one of 23 estates to be consecrated as a classed growth of the Côtes de Provence.

TASTING NOTES:
- View: pale pink, light and bright.
- Nose: strawberries, currants, blueberries, herbs, spices and spring flowers.
- Mouth: full-bodied, fresh and beautiful fruit, delicate, elegant, delicate and durable spices.

APPELLATION: Côtes de Provence.

GRAPES: Grenache 50% Cinsault Syrah 40% and 10%.

AGEING:
PREPARATION: Grapes de-stemmed by hand and in the winery in the best ripeness, gently crushed and ground briefly before pressing. After a pressing break wort during one night at a temperature of 15 °C, so that all turbid substances could settle and gently clarify the must. The next day, the start of fermentation at controlled temperatures in stainless steel. No malolactic fermentation. Wine slightly filtered before bottling.

PAIRING: poultry and vegetable casseroles.
TEMPERATURE: 8-12 °C
