2016 Minuty Prestige (Grenache, Mourvedre and Syrah)

Gabriel Farnet, was installed in 1936 at the Chateau Minuty, which was able to restore all its splendor. Château Minuty in 1955 was one of 23 distinguished properties as Cru Côtes de Provence. His son, Etienne Matton, president longtime classified growths, replanted traditional Provencal grape varieties in limited yield ago, wanted a high quality wine and feel the reputation of Château Minuty at the best tables of the French Riviera. Today is Jean-Etienne and François Matton, children continue their efforts to Minuty Castle.

TASTING NOTES:
- View: Purple with shades of black fruits
- Nose: Very intense gourmet aromas, candied fruits and spices
- Mouth: Structured, with a good aromatic length.

This wine develops deep aromas of gingerbread, vanilla and stone fruit
Its creamy texture and thick tannins make it a wine of guard

Tobacco aromas. A little too acid although it depends on the taste of each person.
In my personal opinion, it perhaps was a bit dear.

This red tastes smoky. Although I prefer less sweet wines, this one it was good.
For being a Côtes De Provence, it seemed balanced and fine.

An intense red colour. Scents of roses and white flowers. Fleshy. Chocolate coulant taste.
It was the perfect companion for the main course.
You should drink this red in intimate togetherness.
