Conscious of this reality, Michele Chiarlo has identified excellent positions of Monforte d'Alba, Grizante Cavour, Serralunga to produce Le Coste, his Dolcetto. The peculiarities of Dolcetto are the elegance and drinkability, thanks to a moderate alcohol content. bright ruby red wine with purple shades. The fruity aroma, with delicate notes of violet and red cherry. The taste is balanced, fresh and fruity with hints of almond.”
